Referrals that reach past your own circle
Arizona's clinical community is close-knit, which is a strength until the colleagues you know are full or the client needs something none of them offer. A client in Flagstaff may need a telehealth trauma therapist, a family in the East Valley may need an adolescent eating disorder team, and a couple in Tucson may want a specific approach to affair recovery.
On the Tandem Alliance referral board, you post the clinical picture once and Arizona colleagues whose specialties fit are notified. You can also search members by city, specialty, modality, language, ages served, and session format.
Built for Arizona licenses
Members include LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, licensed psychologists, and psychiatric providers. Every account goes through a license check before full access, and clinicians in the client-facing directory have their licensure confirmed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners.
What Arizona members use it for
- Finding in-person therapists across the Phoenix metro and Tucson, or telehealth therapists licensed anywhere in the state
- Referring out when a client needs a specialty, modality, or level of care outside your scope
- Announcing openings so colleagues know when you can take new clients
- Referring a client who is moving out of state to a clinician licensed where they are going, since the board is open nationwide
Get found by clients, too
Arizona clinicians can also apply to the client-facing Arizona specialist directory, where clients browse by specialty and city, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tucson. The directory is by application and separate from the free referral board.
