Tina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Diego, California. Her practice is rooted in research-based methods, offering a safe and supportive space for couples and individuals to work through the challenges that feel most stuck.
With couples, Tina specializes in rebuilding communication, trust, and emotional intimacy using the Gottman Method and Attachment Theory. She has particular expertise working with interracial and multicultural couples, and families navigating the complexities of blended households — bringing cultural sensitivity and relational depth to every session.
"Meaningful connection is possible. I help couples and individuals move past disconnection and conflict toward the relationship — and the life — they're working toward."
For individual clients, Tina takes an eclectic approach informed by Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and CBT. She works with adults navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, relationship patterns, low self-esteem, and identity concerns.
Tina currently offers fully virtual sessions for clients throughout California, with in-person sessions available once weekly in North County San Diego beginning May 2026. She sees clients Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
