Ruxandra Manu

Ruxandra Manu is a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) and Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) serving clients in Tracy, California and across the state via hybrid telehealth. The founder of SDM4Success, she brings more than two decades of specialized expertise in school neuropsychology to her work with children, adolescents, and adults seeking clarity about how their minds learn, process, and function.

Her practice focuses on comprehensive psychoeducational and neuropsychological evaluations — covering autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioral functioning — for individuals from birth through adulthood. She holds board certification from the American Board of School Neuropsychology (ABSNP), one of the most rigorous and specialized credentials available in her field, and is additionally licensed as an Educational Psychologist through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Evaluations at SDM4Success are structured, thorough, and actionable. Rather than producing a report full of test scores, Dr. Manu aims to give families and individuals a detailed, practical understanding of strengths, challenges, and the specific supports most likely to make a meaningful difference — whether in a school setting, the workplace, or daily life.

She conducts evaluations in both English and Romanian, making her one of the few practitioners in California able to serve Romanian-speaking families in their primary language. She accepts private pay clients and is currently accepting new evaluation referrals, with limited availability of 1–3 slots at a time to ensure each evaluation receives the depth and attention it deserves.
