Morgan Siggard is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California offering trauma-informed, relational, and culturally responsive care to individuals, couples, and teens across the state via telehealth. She specializes in working with neurodivergent clients, LGBTQ+ individuals, people in non-traditional relationship structures, and those navigating complex identity development.
Before her clinical career, Morgan spent fifteen years in childcare and postpartum support as a professional nanny — experience that grounds the deeply attachment-focused perspective she brings to her work today. Many of her clients are moving through anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and major life transitions such as postpartum adjustment, divorce, faith shifts, or chronic stress.
Morgan's style is calm and grounded — blending collaborative challenge with playful attunement.
She takes a strengths-based, non-pathologizing approach, meeting each person as a whole rather than a set of symptoms. Drawing on an eclectic mix of evidence-based modalities, she weaves CBT and DBT together with psychodynamic, somatic, narrative, and parts (IFS) work — intuited for what each client needs in a given session.
Morgan holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, she practices under the clinical supervision of Erica Siegal, LCSW, and Asha Wilburn, LPCC.
