Meghan Woods is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Solano County, California, specializing in complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, narcissistic abuse recovery, and couples counseling. With years of focused clinical experience, she has developed deep expertise in the intersection of trauma and relationship patterns — helping individuals and couples move through pain that has often been dismissed, minimized, or misunderstood.
