Lauren Fractor is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, seeing young adults, adults, and older adults throughout the state by telehealth from her Los Angeles home office. She specializes in ADHD and executive functioning — the planning, follow-through, and everyday systems that decide whether life feels manageable or relentless — and works with adults of all genders and backgrounds.
She also works with high achievers, with or without anxiety: clients who look accomplished from the outside while carrying pressure, self-doubt, and burnout underneath. Her style is warm but direct. Lauren says what she notices rather than waiting for a pattern to surface on its own, and she works best with people who are solution-oriented and open to being challenged.
You are the expert on your own life. My work is to help you set goals that are actually yours, then build the structure and follow-through to reach them.
Lauren draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with solution-focused and strengths-based approaches, working from a person-centered lens in which the treatment goals are the ones clients name themselves. Sessions are practical and goal-driven: naming what is getting in the way, building realistic systems around it, and starting from the strengths a client already has. She values the therapeutic alliance and treats it as the ground the rest of the work stands on.
Alongside ADHD and executive functioning, she supports clients through anxiety, burnout, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and life transitions, and her practice is LGBTQ+ affirming. Lauren earned a Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Northridge in 2017 and is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California.
