Kristi Mobray is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Fash Counseling who works with college-age students and adults moving through major life transitions — academic pressure, identity development, and the shifts that come with new stages of life. She sees clients virtually across Arizona.
Drawing on more than 20 years in school and educational settings, she brings a trauma-informed, relational approach to clients navigating stress, identity, family concerns, and the effects of trauma — meeting each person at a pace that feels right.
Kristi believes healing happens when people feel understood, supported, and empowered to engage with their experiences at a pace that feels right.
Her practice centers on Brainspotting and draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In her words: "My goal is to make sure you aren't alone in the process — even if that means sitting with you in the dark until you're ready for the light."
Kristi holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
