Dr. Heidi Dalzell is a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of clinical experience, working with clients across all levels of care. She is best known for her deep expertise in eating disorders — particularly their often-overlooked presentation in midlife — and trauma treatment using EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
Her practice takes a holistic approach, weaving together evidence-based modalities with a keen understanding of how identity, body image, and spirituality intersect.
