Hayley Maloy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the therapist behind Rose & Swan Counseling. With seven years of experience, she helps women heal from the impact of trauma and complicated relationship dynamics, working from a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens that draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Her style is exploratory and reflective. Together with clients she looks beneath surface-level coping to the deeper patterns and attachment wounds that keep them feeling stuck — helping them identify what no longer serves them, build self-trust, and set healthy boundaries so relationships can begin to feel safe again.
Hayley's goal is to help clients make real, lasting change — moving past surface-level coping toward self-trust, healthy boundaries, and relationships that feel safe.
Hayley works with teens, young adults, and adults — especially young women navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, emotion regulation, boundaries, and the stress of major life transitions. She became a therapist out of a personal conviction to be the kind of steady, fully present support she once needed herself, and she brings that presence to every session.
Hayley holds a Master of Social Work and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Arizona. She sees clients virtually throughout the state.
