Emilee Stoll is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Mesa, Arizona, offering holistic, trauma-informed therapy in person and by telehealth. She works with people who carry a lot — survivors of medical, religious, sexual, childhood, and relational trauma, highly sensitive people, and clients navigating anxiety, grief and loss, chronic pain, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
Much of her work is with women. Emilee is especially passionate about helping them reclaim their voice, trust their own wisdom, and take up space unapologetically — work she grounds in the research that women experience PTSD at two to three times the rate men do. Her practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, attentive to both the challenges and the joy of living in a hetero-cis-normative world, and she is a compassionate, non-judgmental presence unaffiliated with any organized religion.
“My job isn’t to ‘fix you’ — it’s to help you reconnect with the inner wisdom and strength you already carry, while building new skills for the places that feel stuck.”
Her approach is intentionally eclectic, blending traditional talk therapy with non-traditional forms of healing. For processing trauma she draws on EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, parts work, and ketamine-assisted therapy; when words aren't enough, on expressive arts, bilateral drawing, and nature therapy; and for building day-to-day tools, on DBT skills, boundary work, self-compassion, and nervous system regulation. None of it is required — clients are never asked to do anything they aren't comfortable with, and traditional talk therapy alone is always a valid choice.
Emilee practices in Mesa, near Alma School and the 60 freeway, and also offers telehealth. Sessions are $120 for 60 minutes, in person or virtual, with a sliding scale based on income and circumstances. She practices under the clinical supervision of Maegan Cronin, LCSW.
