Brielle Armstrong is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the therapist behind Snow Globe Counseling, specializing in ADHD and OCD. She works with adults and motivated teens who feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt — helping them find relief, build a life that feels more manageable, and develop lasting self-trust without the constant pressure, exhaustion, or sense of falling short.
Her approach is structured and tools-based, drawing on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP). She believes the patterns that frustrate you most often developed for a reason, and she meets them with curiosity and compassion while building practical strategies that align with your life — instead of relying on approaches that work for others but not for you.
Brielle's goal is for clients to feel understood, supported, and empowered to build a life that feels manageable and authentically their own.
An ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) with more than 50 hours of OCD-specific training through the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and NOCD, Brielle brings focused expertise to the work alongside a warm, collaborative style. She sees teens, young adults, and adults navigating ADHD, OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt.
Brielle holds a Master of Social Work and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Arizona. She sees clients virtually throughout the state, and offers a free 15-minute consultation to explore whether the fit feels right.
