Beth P. Beth works with individuals, couples, and parents across all family structures, including single mothers by choice, LGBTQ+ families, neurodivergent parents, and those whose paths to parenthood haven't looked the way they expected. Her approach is integrative and relational, drawing on CBT, IFS, ACT, DBT, CPT, and expressive arts, adapted to what each person actually needs.
