Aspen Turney is the owner of Bliss Therapy Co., located in the Biltmore area of Phoenix. Her practice is built around two primary areas of focus: eating disorders and attachment issues. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned therapist, she helps clients rebuild a sustainable, shame-free relationship with food and their bodies — one rooted in attunement rather than control.
Her attachment-focused work explores the relational patterns formed early in life that continue to shape how clients connect with themselves and others. She draws on a relational, trauma-informed lens to help clients understand where these patterns come from and how to shift them.

Aspen is LGBTQ+ affirming and sex-positive, and is actively working toward a Certified Sex Therapist credential to deepen her clinical work with sexuality, identity, and intimacy — her third area of specialty. She creates a space where clients across all identities, bodies, and relationship structures feel genuinely welcomed.
She is currently accepting new clients and offers both in-person sessions at her Biltmore office and virtual sessions throughout Arizona.
