Alice Oueijan is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) seeing teens, young adults, and adults by telehealth across California, in English and Arabic. Her work centers on neurodivergence — including ADHD and autism — alongside anxiety and life transitions. She helps clients understand their patterns, communicate their needs, and develop practical strategies that fit how they actually think and function.
Alice also works with burnout, family dynamics, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. She welcomes LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent people, creatives, and people in nontraditional relationships, including consensual nonmonogamy, as well as people exploring religious deconstruction or life after high-control environments. As a Lebanese-American clinician, she brings sensitivity to immigrant and first-generation experiences, cultural expectations, and belonging.
Therapy can hold difficult conversations without losing room for laughter or a little irreverence.
Alice’s path into mental health wasn’t traditional. She spent years in art, theater, and creative production, including leading teams on large-scale art installations, and she is also an artist, designer, and photographer. She brings that creative perspective into her work alongside warmth, directness, and humor.
Her style is exploratory and reflective, drawing on family-systems, humanistic, integrative, relational, and solution-focused approaches. A free 15-minute consultation is available to see whether the fit feels right.
