Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep focus on adult attachment, generational and childhood trauma, relationship therapy, and self-worth development. She creates a warm, affirming therapeutic space where clients can explore the roots of their patterns, heal old wounds, and build a stronger sense of self.
Her work extends to parenting support, co-parenting dynamics, and Christian counseling — meeting clients where they are and honoring the values that matter most to them. Nicole has advanced training working with military personnel and their families, as well as BIPOC and immigrant communities, bringing a culturally responsive lens to everything she does.
"Healing doesn't happen in isolation — it happens in relationship. My goal is to help you understand the story your nervous system is telling, so you can write a new one."
Nicole draws from a range of evidence-based approaches including Attachment Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and somatic body-based trauma treatment. This integrative approach allows her to tailor each session to the individual — addressing not just thoughts and behaviors, but the deeper relational and physiological patterns underlying them.
She sees clients at Thrive Therapy's Glendale and Phoenix locations, as well as virtually throughout Arizona.
