Natalie Talistu Silva is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 12 years of experience, specializing in women's mental health and perinatal mental health disorders. Her practice is rooted in the belief that every woman deserves to thrive emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. She provides individual therapy to women ages 18+, supporting those navigating major life transitions — including motherhood, divorce, and the empty nest — and holds specialized training through Postpartum Support International (PSI) for perinatal mental health disorders.
As a mother with lived experience as a single mom, Natalie brings both clinical expertise and genuine personal understanding to the women she works with. She believes that regardless of the stage of life, therapy can offer a supportive space for women to explore their needs, reconnect with themselves, and build the resilience to thrive.
"I believe that the client-therapist relationship is the most important part of therapy."
Natalie also has a deep commitment to supporting the mental health of other clinicians. As a California Board of Behavioral Sciences-approved Clinical Supervisor since 2023, she works with pre-licensed therapists navigating the demands of the profession. She understands firsthand how difficult it can be to hold space for others while managing your own wellbeing, and she creates a non-judgmental environment where therapists can do their own healing work.
In addition to her clinical practice, Natalie is the Co-Founder of the Women's Support Circle, an initiative dedicated to building community and connection among women. Her approach is relational, warm, and deeply tailored to each client's unique story and stage of life.
