Kianna Mattie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of clinical experience and 10+ years in the mental health field. As Clinical Director of Elevate Mind N Motion, she specializes in complex trauma, high-functioning anxiety, depression, and OCD — with a particular focus on high-achieving professionals, graduate and PhD students, and high-achieving caregivers who are managing a great deal but feeling the weight of it.
Kianna brings deep expertise in supporting AAPI and POC communities, including work around racial identity, intergenerational trauma, systemic stress, and the model minority myth. Her clinical approach is grounded in EMDR, Brainspotting, ERP, and CBT — evidence-based modalities that go beyond talk therapy to create meaningful, lasting change.
