Justin Dove is a school psychologist and licensed educational psychologist (#4333) in California with over 15 years of experience supporting students from kindergarten through twelfth grade and their families across the United States, including Ohio, Georgia, and California. His work centers on children who are neurodivergent — including gifted and twice-exceptional — and those from Black/African-American communities.
For the last five years, Justin has focused specifically on gifted and twice-exceptional children, presenting his expertise at local, national, and international conferences. His practice offers comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for giftedness, autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more, as well as educational advocacy and parent coaching.
Justin currently provides pro bono gifted-and-talented screenings to at least one family each quarter — a commitment to expanding access to identification and support for all children.
