Harry Joiser brings a uniquely personal and mission-driven approach to mental health support. As a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, he understands firsthand the mental and emotional toll of high-stress service — and has committed his career to supporting veterans, active duty personnel, first responders, and those in demanding roles navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, and recovery.
Harry's practice is built on a Strengths-Based, Positive Psychology framework with a deep commitment to trauma-informed care. Drawing from his own lived experience with addiction, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation, he approaches each client without judgment — meeting them where they are and building toward where they want to be.
"Asking for help isn't weakness — it's the first rep of the hardest workout you'll ever do."
Harry is particularly passionate about reducing the stigma around men's mental health, where silence too often becomes suffering. He also works with adolescents (ages 13+), athletes seeking performance optimization, and anyone navigating recovery from addiction. His approach integrates body awareness and recovery principles within Soul Space Tucson's integrative wellness environment.
Harry is in-network with Aetna and offers a free 15-minute consultation for all prospective clients.
