Gabby Jimmerson is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with 9 years of experience specializing in couples therapy, sex therapy, and infidelity recovery. She is Gottman Level III trained and approaches couples work with the belief that long-term relationships can be both passionate and stable at the same time.
Her work centers on identifying the patterns that keep couples stuck, rebuilding trust sustainably, and creating a path forward that has both structure and emotional depth. She uses the Gottman Method, EMDR, and trauma-focused approaches, and draws on training from the Gottman Institute in Treating Affairs and Trauma and Couples & Addiction Recovery.

Gabby sees clients virtually throughout California and Arizona, and offers in-person Couples Intensives in Franklin, Tennessee. She is licensed in California, Arizona, Florida, and Tennessee, and brings clinical depth to some of the most sensitive and complex relational concerns — with a commitment to helping clients find moments of humor, relief, and reconnection along the way.
