Delilah Montoya is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly a decade of clinical experience. She provides affirming, inclusive care with deep expertise in LGBTQ+ support, sexual trauma and trafficking recovery, perinatal mental health, and affirming care letters. Delilah works with ages 15 and up, and will consider younger clients for the right fit.
Delilah brings a culturally responsive, trauma-informed approach that is particularly attuned to the needs of marginalized and underserved communities. She combines evidence-based modalities with genuine warmth, meeting each client where they are.

Delilah draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Family Systems approaches to support healing across a wide range of presentations. She holds the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential and is available for in-person sessions in Mesa as well as telehealth throughout Arizona.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. In-person and telehealth are both available Monday through Wednesday and Friday; Thursdays are telehealth only.
