As part of the Yoffe Therapy team, Cibele specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families impacted by adoption, foster care, and early relational trauma. Her work centers on individuals navigating attachment disruptions, grief and loss, identity development, and complex trauma.

Cibele has extensive success working with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, cancer recovery, surgical preparation and recovery, family preservation due to divorce or separation, high conflict couples, and chronic illness.
She is trained in Trauma Release Exercise NeuroAffective, SMART Recovery, Reconnect Integrative Trauma Treatment Model, and the Resilience Toolkit. As part of the Yoffe Therapy clinical team, she is also trained in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and adoption-competent care, including models such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR-informed therapy, body-based psychotherapy, and grief and loss therapy.
Cibele is fluent in Portuguese, enabling her to serve Portuguese-speaking clients and families with culturally responsive care.
