Brie Chandler is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of clinical experience specializing in complex PTSD, attachment wounds, and kink/BDSM-affirming sex therapy. She works exclusively with individual adults — in her Mesa office and via telehealth across Arizona — offering a judgment-free space where clients can process shame, explore authentic sexuality, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
At the core of Brie's work is Internal Family Systems (IFS) and attachment theory — frameworks that help clients understand the parts and patterns driving their behavior, and move from defensive cycles toward genuine wholeness and security. She draws on narrative therapy, ACT, and DBT as complementary tools, meeting each client where they are in their healing process.
"You don't have to keep carrying it all. I can help you lighten the load."
Brie holds a Kink Conscious Professional Certification through Modern Sex Therapy Institutes and is completing the Certified Sex Therapist program through the Sexual Health Alliance. She is trained in IFS through IFSCA and brings deep, specialized knowledge to the intersection of trauma recovery, sexual identity, and kink-affirming care.
Her practice at Guiding Path Counseling is reachable by email or the contact form on her website — the preferred way to initiate a new client inquiry. Availability is Monday through Thursday, 9 AM–2 PM.
