Bio

Bradford primarily works with adolescents, adults, and families, specializing in anger management, emotional dysregulation, and complex life transitions. Much of his work centers on clients who are high-functioning but struggling with patterns that impact relationships, school, or work performance.

He brings experience across a wide range of clinical settings — including college counseling centers, inpatient psychiatric facilities, juvenile correctional systems, and community-based programs — which allows him to work effectively with both straightforward and more complex presentations. He has also served in clinical leadership and supervisory roles within larger Bay Area mental health organizations, and previously worked as an in-house therapist at Square/Block, a San Francisco technology company.

"I work with clients to clearly define goals and then develop practical, individualized strategies that translate into meaningful change in daily life."

Bradford's training is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and humanistic approaches, with advanced specialization in anger management — including facilitating groups and professional trainings on trauma and emotional regulation.

His approach is collaborative, direct, and results-oriented. A core part of his work involves helping clients and families shift entrenched patterns — particularly around anger, communication, and independence — while building skills in emotional regulation, accountability, and resilience. He frequently collaborates with parents, schools, and other professionals to create aligned, high-impact treatment plans when appropriate.

Bradford's practice is best suited for motivated individuals and families who value a structured, feedback-driven process that moves beyond insight to action and progress.
